In stock orders will ship out in 3-5 business days.
Special orders take longer – a week to as long as 5 months. Upon placing your order, you will be notified via email when your order will ship. The ship date is approximate. If the date doesn’t work for you, you can cancel your order and you will be refunded your payment. We require a confirmation via email that the ship date is acceptable. If we do not get confirmation that the ship date is acceptable, the order will be cancelled. Please remember that all special orders are final sales, once you have accepted the ship date.
Online Merchandise Return Policy
In stock dresses: If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, in stock dresses can be returned within 5 days of the receipt of package. Please call use at 603-752-5141 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA) and a return label. You will be charged for shipping both ways. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. The returned merchandise must be in new condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. The tags must be intact and attached. If the dress has one of these problems, you will not receive a refund.
If the product is defective: Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package. You will be refunded the full amount if the item is defective.
Special orders (items that were ordered specifically for you and are not in stock): When you place a special order, you will be send an email notifying you that this particular item is a special order and that there are no returns on special orders.
